Meeting called to order by President, Deborah Shumate, on Monday May 9, 2022 at 6:30pm. All Present joined in giving the pledge of Allegiance. All Council members present.

Minutes of April meetings were presented to Council. Minutes were approved as written. Drew Olman made the motion to approve with Mark Marsee seconding. All ayes. Minutes approved.

Claims/Financials/Payroll: After review of the claims presented, motion to accept and pay claims made by Drew, seconded by Mark. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Town Report: Same presented by Doug Price.

Town Marshall's Report: Same presented by Marshal Wilson.

Milan Park Board Report: Submitted.

New Business :

Old/Continuing Business: Second reading of Ordinance 4-11-2022. Mark made motion to approve, Drew seconded. All ayes.

Donation to Milan Beautification was addressed and a motion made by Drew to donate $750.00, Mark seconded. All ayes.

Solicitation request for Dollars for Scholars was approved by a motion from Drew and a second by Mark. Fee waived. All ayes.

Debbie Shumate wanted to remind everyone about Town clean up days.

Miscellaneous Business/Comments: Sally Gosmeyer asked for heavy trash bags for the clean up. Derek said he will have them Monday. She commented that the planters look nice that Derek and Ryan built.

Milan Methodist Church asked permission to have a movie night in their empty lot. Council did not have a problem with this.

Mark made motion to adjourn, Drew seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.
