Meeting called to order by President Deborah Shumate, on Monday June 8, 2020 at 6:30 pm. All members present. All Present joined in giving the pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes of the May meeting was presented to Council. Drew Olman made motion to approve as written, Mark Marsee seconded. All ayes. Minutes approved.
Claims/Financials/Payroll: After review of the claims presented, motion to accept and pay claims made by Drew, seconded by Mark. All ayes. Motion carried.
Town Manager's Report: Same presented by John Ingram, Town Manager.
Town Marshall's Report: Same presented by Phillip Wilson, Town Marshal.
Milan Park Board Report: No representative.
Concerns/Comments from the public:
Dave Kelly stated he was impressed with the clean up of the town and hopes we continue to keep it up.
Melissa Baker addressed the Council concerning the annual 4th of July Parade. The Lions club will continue the tradition this year with changes adhering to the new guidelines of social distancing . Debbie Shumate gave a reminder that the week of June 13-20 will once again be Clean Up Milan Week.
Lynn will draft ordinances/resolutions concerning writing off bad debts and yearly donation to the Beautification Committee.
Mark asked John if he could contact the property owners at Joseph and Main concerning trimming their bushes.
Melissa Baker informed the audience and Council that the Ripley Co. Health Dept. will be having Covid testing on Monday through Friday from 8 to 8 at the Ripley County Fairgrounds.
Mark Marsee made motion to adjourn. Andrew Olman seconded. All ayes. Meeting Adjourned.
Executive Meeting was held 6/24/2020 at the Milan Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.
All Council members present. Meeting was held to discuss Economic Development.

Special Meeting was held 6/29/2020 at the Milan Town Hall at 6:00 p.m.
All Council members present. Meeting was held to appoint an appraiser. Atlas Land Services was the only appraiser who replied to request. Mark Marsee made motion to hire said appraiser, Drew Olman seconded. This is with the stipulation that the appraisal will not be more than $300.00. The second appraiser representing the Town will be John Ingram.
