Meeting called to order by MELISSA BAKER on Monday January 11, 2016 at 6:30pm. All present joined in giving the pledge of Allegiance. There was a moment of silence for Robert Branigan.
Minutes of December, 2015 were read. There being no correction to said minutes; they were approved.

Town Marshall's Report: Same presented by Gary Skaggs, Town Marshall.
Milan Park Board Report: No Board Present.
Concerns/Comments from the public:
Pauline Realy/Shirley Bocock presented on the Indiana 200th birthday. The torch will pass through Milan. Nomination for torch bearer will have a deadline of Jan. 31. Condolences for Bob Branigan were expressed.
Larry Davidson and Brian Mcbride were representing the Milan American Legion. Mr. Mcbride's stated the desire of the legion to take over the responsibility of the 4th of July activities including the firework display. Park reservations need be filed out: Board agrees to waive fees.
Noel Hounze presented for Milan Pre School Program.
