Town of Milan Monthly Meeting Minutes, December 11, 2015

Meeting called to order by Paul Hildebrand, council President. on December 11, 2015 at 6:30pm. All Present joined in giving the pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of November 11 2015 were read. There being no correct to said minutes, they were approved,

Claims/Financials: After review of the utility bills presented, motion to and accept and pay claims made by Melissa Baker, seconded by Bob Branigan. Motion carried. After review of the town bills presented, motion to accept and pay claims made by Melissa Baker, seconded by Bob Branigan. Motion Carried,

Town Manager's Report: Same presented by John Ingram, Town Manager.

Town Marshall's Report: Same presented by Gary Skaggs, Town Marshall.

Milan Park Board Report: No report presented

Concerns/Comments from the public:

Sandy Siebert came on behalf of Dylan Rose to ask about water bill. The concern was that he had not received a bill as yet.

Randy Ashcraft representing the Milan Fire Dept., requested a map of the fire hydrants around town. They would like to do maintence and would like the help of John Ingram.

Old Business:

Melissa Baker makes motion to extend bid date. Bob Branigan seconds. All ayes.

Bob Branigan moves to approve contract for services. Melissa seconds. All ayes.

New Business:

Opening plow truck bid: $625.00 is the highest bid from Dave's Auto Salvage. Melissa Baker motions to accept bid and Bob Branigan seconds.

Opening bid for Amos property: Dave Rose presented highest bid at $2500.00. Melissa Baker move to accept bid and Bob Branigan seconds. All ayes.

Paul Hildenbrand moves to pass salary resolutions. Melissa Baker seconds. All ayes.

Bob Branigan motions to adjourn and Melissa Baker seconds. All Ayes
