Meeting called to order by Council President Paul Hildebrand, on Monday, September 9th, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. All town council members were present. All present joined in giving the Pledge to our Flag.

Minutes of August 12th, 2013 were read. There being no additions, corrections or deletions to said minutes, they were approved.

Claims/Financials: After review of the utility bills presented motion to accept and pay claims made by Matt Huffman, second by Robert Branigan. Motion carried. After review of the town bills presented, motion to accept and pay claims made by Robert Branigan, second by Matt Huffman. Motion carried.

Town Manager's Report: Same presented by John Ingram, Town Manager.

Town Marshal's Report: Same presented by Gary Skaggs, Town Marshall.

Milan Park Board Report. None.

Concerns/Comments from the Public:
Geraldine Driggers expressed concerns about the property at Wood and Washington, Ingram advised that a letter went out concerning the property a week prior to the council meeting.

Steve Callen combined lots at the end of Maple and Lakeview, Planning Commission advised Mr. Callen he would have to extend the street, Mr. Callen requested assistance from the town or a letter of commitment that it would be addressed for the Planning Commission. Councilman Matt Huffman made a motion that Town Attorney Eaton draft an agreement allowing for this to be addressed between the Town of Milan and Mr. Callen.

Also mentioned was that the Arkenberg property was cleaned up and looked good.

Councilman Robert Branigan made a motion continue the paving of Ellis Street to the town limits, also Faulkner to Ellsworth and a small section of Morrell at Main. Councilman Matt Huffman 2nd, motion carried.
